Job summary

SafeLease is seeking a detail-driven Senior Insurance Forms Analyst in Austin, TX to own the language behind our commercial and personal lines products. You will draft, refine, and maintain policy forms, endorsements, and manuscript wordings, guiding them through regulatory filings.

This role requires 3+ years drafting commercial forms, a strong grasp of ISO and manuscript wording, SERFF familiarity, and excellent communication as you collaborate with underwriting, product, legal, and claims

Qualifications

• 3+ years drafting or managing commercial lines policy forms, endorsements, or coverage wordings.
• Strong grasp of ISO forms, manuscript wordings, and policy construction.
• Familiarity with state filing processes and SERFF.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Draft, revise, and maintain base policy forms, endorsements, exclusions, definitions, and manuscript wordings for commercial lines.
• Translate underwriting and product intent into precise policy language that holds up at claim time.
• Prepare and manage form filings with state departments of insurance, including SERFF submissions.
• Collaborate with underwriting, legal, claims, and product to ensure clear, defensible wording across the portfolio.
