Job summary

Travelers is seeking an Analyst, Coverage & Forms to contribute to the revision and enhancements of coverage forms, rules, and contracts. You will draft wording with team support, validate changes against state regulations, and create filing documentation for approvals.

You will also perform basic coverage analysis, prepare comparisons, and understand how form decisions affect stakeholders. A structured, collaborative environment supports your growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Two years of insurance forms/product development, claims, or legal experience.
• Working knowledge of insurance products, forms, coverage, compliance, regulatory environment, and insurance financials.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance or revisions to policy coverage forms, forms, contracts, and non-policy forms. Draft forms wording and create filing documentation.
• Validate form changes meet state regulations using compliance tools.
• Conduct basic coverage analysis and prepare side-by-side coverage comparisons for filings.
• Understand impact of coverage and form changes for stakeholders and respond to inquiries.
• Conceptualize and resolve coverage, wording, and forms issues.
• Adhere to workflow processes and use forms development and testing tools.
• Support system implementation of form changes including communication and documentation.
