Job summary

You will guide policy owners, maintain the policy repository, and drive cross-functional initiatives to improve governance, compliance, and risk mitigation while communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–7 years in policy management, enterprise risk management, compliance coordination, or organizational governance.
• Experience with governance committees, policy owners, auditors, or risk stewards.
• Experience developing training materials, process documentation, or guidance related to policy, compliance, or risk practices.
• Experience using project management or risk tracking tools and document management platforms.
• Knowledge of enterprise risk management frameworks (e.g., COSO ERM, ISO 31000) and higher education governance/compliance environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, review, approval, and renewals of university policies.
• Provide guidance to policy owners on processes, templates, timelines, and governance structures.
• Maintain the policy repository and ensure version control, consistency, and clarity in policy language.
• Collaborate with CRO to enhance the ERM framework and risk indicators.
• Own cross-functional policy and risk workstreams and drive deliverables across stakeholders.
