Job summary

VTG seeks a detail-oriented Systems Integrator to manage the lifecycle of Digital Access Control Policies within IAM ecosystems. You will translate legal and security mandates into technical workflows, focusing on least-privileged access and audit readiness.

Key duties include translating policies into operational processes, guiding digital policy oversight, and applying AI techniques to improve anomaly detection, policy application, and governance dashboards.

Qualifications

• BS degree in STEM or related field with 12+ years of IAM experience.
• Experience with IdAM/ICAM delivery, authentication and authorization.
• Familiarity with governance, metadata management and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Translate digital policies into operational IAM workflows and provide guidance.
• Collaborate with partners to define implementable requirements using existing tools.
• Guide policy oversight and implement Just-In-Time access controls where appropriate.
• Apply AI concepts to data and policy components to improve workflows.
• Create and maintain dashboards to monitor policy performance and compliance.
