Qualifications

• BS degree in STEM and 12+ years of IAM experience.
• Knowledge of IdAM/ICAM delivery systems, authentication, authorizations, and attribute architectures.
• Familiarity with data governance, compliance, and metadata management.
• Strong critical thinking and ability to balance technical solutions with policy and compliance needs.
• Excellent communication to convey technical insights to policy and mission partners.

Responsibilities

• Translate digital policies into operational processes using existing tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with Mission Partners and Data Stewards to define high-level requirements.
• Guide service teams in Just-In-Time access policies for data objects.
• Apply AI techniques to data and policy components to improve workflows.
• Create and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reports for governance and policy performance.
