Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Policy and Strategy Analyst SME within the Intel Sector Analysis Solutions Business Area (ASBA). You will conduct research, analyze intelligence, and produce finished materials to support ODNI's CI, insider threat, and security programs.

You must hold an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and a BA with 12–15 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s with 10–13 years, with the option to exchange experience for degree requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, analysis, and production of finished intelligence to support ODNI's CI, Insider Threat and Security programs; primary support to internal CIS vetting.
• Maintain knowledge of current trends, issues, policies, vulnerabilities of evolving technologies related to CI, Insider Threat, or Security concerns; produce finished materials for ODNI.
• Produce assessments on Foreign Intelligence Entities operations, foreign denial and deception, information operations, counterespionage and economic/industrial espionage, technology protection and illicit technology transfer, investigations support, SCRM, and critical asset protection.
• Produce assessments of current threats and trends based on high level collection, research, and analysis of classified and open-source information.
• Inform the corporate CI staff of trends with potential CI and insider threat implications for the ODNI.
• Support and complete other ad hoc responsibilities within the scope of Stormbreaker PWS to assist the CIS program office.

Responsibilities Include :

• Conduct research, analysis, and production of finished intelligence on a variety of different computer systems and databases to support ODNI's CI, Insider Threat and Security programs, primary support will be provided to the internal CIS vetting process.
• Actively maintain knowledge of current trends, issues, policies, vulnerabilities of current evolving Technologies that create a potential CI, InTh, or Security concern; use this knowledge to regularly produce finished materials for ODNI workforce, based on a needs assessment by the corporate CIS staff.
• Produce assessments on Foreign Intelligence Entities (FIE) operations, foreign denial and deception, information operations, counterespionage and economic/industrial espionage, technology protection and illicit technology transfer, investigations support, SCRM, support to research development and acquisition, and critical asset protection.
• Produce assessments of current threats and trends based on high level collection, research, and analysis of classified and open-source information.
• Inform the corporate CI staff of trends with potential CI and insider threat implications for the ODNI.
• As directed, support and complete other as hoc responsibilities within the scope of Stormbreaker PWS in order to assist the CIS program office with meeting its mission, goals, and obligations.

Pay Range $116,350.00 - $210,325.00
