Leidos LLC in McLean, Virginia, seeks an experienced Policy and Strategy Analyst SME to drive insight in the Intel Sector Analysis Solutions Business Area (ASBA). The role focuses on researching and producing finished intelligence to support ODNI CI, insider threat, and security programs, leveraging CIS capabilities and current tech trends.

The candidate must hold an active TS/SCI with a polygraph and typically a BA with 12–15 years of experience or a Masters with 10–13 years.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• BA degree with 12–15 years of experience or Masters with 10–13 years of experience; experience may substitute for education.
• Experience in analyzing security, CI, insider threat, or related domains is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, analysis, and production of finished intelligence on computer systems and databases to support ODNI's CI, Insider Threat and Security programs.
• Maintain Knowledge of current trends, policies, vulnerabilities in evolving technologies affecting CI, insider threat, or Security.
• Produce assessments on foreign intelligence entities, information operations, counterespionage, technology protection, and asset protection.
• Inform corporate CI staff of trends with potential implications for ODNI.
• Support additional duties within the Stormbreaker PWS to assist CIS objectives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, analysis, and production of finished intelligence on a variety of different computer systems and databases to support ODNI's CI, Insider Threat and Security programs, primary support will be provided to the internal CIS vetting process.
• Actively maintain knowledge of current trends, issues, policies, vulnerabilities of current evolving Technologies that create a potential CI, InTh, or Security concern; use this knowledge to regularly produce finished materials for ODNI workforce, based on a needs assessment by the corporate CIS staff.
• Produce assessments on Foreign Intelligence Entities (FIE) operations, foreign denial and deception, information operations, counterespionage and economic/industrial espionage, technology protection and illicit technology transfer, investigations support, SCRM, support to research development and acquisition, and critical asset protection.
• Produce assessments of current threats and trends based on high level collection, research, and analysis of classified and open-source information.
• Inform the corporate CI staff of trends with potential CI and insider threat implications for the ODNI.
• As directed, support and complete other as hoc responsibilities within the scope of Stormbreaker PWS in order to assist the CIS program office with meeting its mission, goals, and obligations.

Basic Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
• Typically requires a BA degree and 12 - 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 - 13 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience may be exchanged for degree requirements.
