Job summary

Leidos in McLean, VA seeks an experienced Policy and Strategy Analyst SME to support the Intel Sector Analysis Solutions Business Area. The role focuses on research, analysis, and production of intelligence materials, with a TS/SCI clearance and polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, analysis, and production of finished intelligence to support ODNI’s CI, Insider Threat and Security programs, primary support to CIS vetting.
• Maintain knowledge of current trends, policies, vulnerabilities of evolving technologies affecting CI/Insider Threat or Security; produce finished materials for ODNI workforce.
• Produce assessments on Foreign Intelligence Entities operations, denial and deception, information operations, counterespionage, technology protection and illicit technology transfer, investigations support, SCRM, and critical asset protection.
• Produce assessments of current threats and trends based on collection and analysis of classified and open-source information.
• Inform corporate CI staff of trends with potential CI and insider threat implications for the ODNI.
• Support and complete other ad hoc responsibilities within the Stormbreaker PWS to assist the CIS program office.

Responsibilities Include :

• Conduct research, analysis, and production of finished intelligence on a variety of different computer systems and databases to support ODNI’s CI, Insider Threat and Security programs, primary support will be provided to the internal CIS vetting process.
• Actively maintain knowledge of current trends, issues, policies, vulnerabilities of current evolving Technologies that create a potential CI, InTh, or Security concern; use this knowledge to regularly produce finished materials for ODNI workforce, based on a needs assessment by the corporate CIS staff.
• Produce assessments on Foreign Intelligence Entities (FIE) operations, foreign denial and deception, information operations, counterespionage and economic/industrial espionage, technology protection and illicit technology transfer, investigations support, SCRM, support to research development and acquisition, and critical asset protection.
• Produce assessments of current threats and trends based on high level collection, research, and analysis of classified and open-source information.
• Inform the corporate CI staff of trends with potential CI and insider threat implications for the ODNI.
• As directed, support and complete other as hoc responsibilities within the scope of Stormbreaker PWS in order to assist the CIS program office with meeting its mission, goals, and obligations.

Basic Qualifications :
