FWI is seeking a policy analyst to support the Department of Health and Human Services Office of Minority Health. The role focuses on analyzing federal plain language and communications policy, while conducting data-driven research to back contract deliverables.

The candidate will also prepare comprehensive written reports and technical documentation. Ideal applicants hold a bachelor’s degree in policy analysis or related fields and have at least three years of policy-related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in policy analysis, data analytics, public policy, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in policy analysis, research, or program evaluation.
• Eligibility for HHS Public Trust security clearance required.
