Citizenship and Immigration Services in Camp Springs, MD seeks a Policy Analyst at the GS-14 level to formulate and implement citizenship and immigration policies within the Office of Policy and Strategy. You will serve as a principal SME, evaluating risks and benefits of policy proposals and guiding agency decisions.

The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 08/24/2026. Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. You must have experience performing the majority of the following duties: Evaluating risks and benefits of multiple citizenship and immigration policy proposals; Conducting comprehensive research and assessments; Interpreting and providing guidance; Leading and facilitating as a spokesperson.
