Prairie View A&M University is seeking a Graduate Assistant in Academic Affairs to support policy HB2504 work and data accuracy for catalogs and OER projects.

The GA will assist with clerical duties, textbook follow-up, and policy reviews while maintaining accurate academic information for the Office of the Provost. Must be enrolled full-time as a graduate student and in good standing, working ~25 hours weekly.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Must be enrolled as a full-time graduate student at Prairie View A&M University with 9 credits in fall/spring and 6 in summer.
• Must be in good academic standing.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor HB 2504 webpages and review catalog info accuracy.
• Assist with textbook order follow-up and policy reviews.
• Provide clerical support including calls, filing, and multitask handling.
• Support OER projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
