The ideal candidate will have at least one (1) to seven (7) years of experience defending public entities, including law enforcement agencies and their officers, in state and federal courts and/or administrative proceedings, along with at least one (1) year of civil litigation experience. Trial experience is a bonus but not required. Admission to the California Bar is mandatory.
Our Civil Rights & Police Litigation Defense Task Force provides litigation defense and counseling to cities, counties, regional governments, and other public entities.
