Sign-on Bonus: The City offers a $16,000 signing bonus for lateral police officers, paid in three installments: $5,000 after the first paycheck, $5,000 after successful field training, and $6,000 after probation. This bonus is in addition to competitive wages.

Position: Lateral Police Officer

Requirements at testing: Must be an experienced police officer with a valid police certification per Washington State Criminal Justice Training Center standards.

Salary and Incentives
