DEPARTMENT: Concord Police Department
TYPICAL WORK SHIFT/SCHEDULE: Variable schedule. 4 on, 2 off.
STARTING ANNUAL SALARY:
Maximum Annual Salary - Currently $102,321.02*. This rate reflects longevity, special services, and Master Police Officer status.
Assignments are available to non-probationary employees, with exceptions for certain specialties. Academy or Non-Certified Officers must meet minimum qualifications. Lateral or Certified Officers* need two years of certified police experience; the written exam is waived for certified officers.
