The duties and responsibilities of a small town Police Officer are much different than those of a larger agency. This should be kept in mind as you complete your job tasks. During your shifts you will have many different duties and will have to handle every type of call for service/incident, from start to finish. Remember this is a small department, which relies on teamwork and community to succeed.
