Salary Range:$66,019.20 To $101,940.80 Annually
The City of North Kansas City, Missouri is currently accepting applications for the position of Police Officer. Applicants who are POST certified at the time of hire may be eligible for a cash incentive upon successful completion of the Field Training Program. Applicants who are not POST certified will be sponsored by the City to attend a police academy.
Police Officers perform general law enforcement duties involving the protection of life and property, enforcement of local and state laws, and the investigation of criminal activity.
POST certified officers hired by the City are eligible for a$4,000 lump-sum incentive payment following the successful completion of the Field Training Program.
