Job summary

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience as a Public Safety Telecommunicator.
• Education may be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis.
• Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Candidate must pass background checks and maintain applicable certifications.

Responsibilities

• Review, supervise, and evaluate activities of Communications Specialists.
• Implement shift-based goals, policies, and procedures.
• Provide ongoing training and education to shift personnel.
