The Morrisville Police Department is seeking motivated individuals to start a career in law enforcement through our Police Cadet program. Cadets are paid during training, and BLET costs are covered at a local community college.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete BLET training.
• Interest in public safety and community service.

Responsabilidades

• Patrol assigned areas and respond to calls for service.
• Protect people and property through safety and crime prevention.
• Build trust with residents, businesses, and visitors.
• Enforce traffic laws and investigate violations.
• Serve criminal summonses, subpoenas, and warrants as needed.
• Participate in community outreach and neighborhood programs.
• Investigate crashes, collect evidence, and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with officers and community partners to enhance public safety.
