Job summary

Grid One Solutions, LLC is seeking an outdoors-focused foreperson to lead a field crew in routine maintenance and remedial treatment of wooden utility poles used to carry power lines. You will oversee training and safety during an up to 8-week program, with a company vehicle provided after successful completion of training.

Travel is required across local, statewide, and regional sites, with lodging and per-diem offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Experience with wooden pole inspection is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, manage, and supervise a crew of 1 to 5 people.
• Maintain all tools, vehicles, and equipment.
• Achieve expected safety, quality, and production goals.
• Collect field data and maintain daily and weekly reports.
