Job summary

Grid One Solutions, LLC is seeking an eager Foreperson for Utility Pole Inspection. You will lead a field crew, train staff, and oversee safety, quality, and production while performing routine maintenance on wooden poles used to carry power lines. Expect outdoor work and travel with a company vehicle after training.

The role begins with an up-to 8-week training period combining on-the-job and classroom instruction, culminating in leadership responsibilities and continued travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ambitious, career-minded, safety-conscious.
