Qualifications

• Willingness to travel away from home for short or extended periods.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Consistent attendance Monday through Saturday.
• Compliance with drug and alcohol-free workplace policy.
• Ability to work on uneven terrain and in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate safely with required PPE.
• Dig holes around utility poles.
• Apply wood preservatives to pole ground line area.
• Maintain productivity and quality meeting job norms.
• Operate company vehicle when applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Foreman.
• Intensive manual labor is required.
