Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is seeking crew members to assist the foreman with pole inspection, treatment, and restoration across various job locations. The role involves intensive manual labor in outdoor environments with safety-first practices.

No prior experience is required, and travel is a regular part of the job with opportunities for advancement. Wage starts at $18.00 per hour with bonuses incorporated into the hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel away from home for short and extended periods as needed.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must maintain a consistent attendance record and be available Monday through Saturday.
• EOE policy compliance regarding drug and alcohol-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Operate safely with required safety equipment (hard hat, vest, EH-rated boots).
• Hand dig 18-inch holes around utility poles.
• Apply wood preservatives to the ground line area of a pole.
• Maintain productivity and quality at or above job norms and compared to peers.
• Operate company vehicle (if applicable and qualified).
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Foreman.
