Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is seeking a Utility Pole Assessment Foreman to lead daily field operations, supervise a crew, and ensure pole assessments, maintenance, and restoration work meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership and prior crew or foreman experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to motivate, train, and work with field crews.
• Willingness to work outdoors in variable weather and travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments following safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily work assignments to ensure timely completion.
• Train, coach, and mentor crew members in safe practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and industry requirements.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment in safe condition.
• Complete documentation and project updates accurately.
