Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is seeking a Utility Pole Assessment Foreman to lead daily field operations, supervise a crew, and ensure pole assessments, maintenance, and restoration are completed safely and to company standards.

This full-time, year-round role requires travel across local and regional sites, paid training, and a benefits package including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a minimum of three years of driving experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel locally, statewide, or regionally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations and supervise crew.
• Perform pole assessments following safety standards.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure timely completion.
• Train and mentor crew in safe practices and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and industry requirements.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment in safe condition.
• Complete required documentation, reports, and updates accurately.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and safety performance.
• Communicate professionally with customers and stakeholders.
• Support a positive team environment focused on safety and accountability.
