Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is seeking a Utility Pole Assessment Foreman to lead daily field operations, supervise a crew performing pole assessments, maintenance, and restoration work outdoors. This role demands strong leadership, safety focus, and effective coordination with customers and utility reps.

Travel is frequent (local to regional). The Foreman will guide crews, ensure productivity, and uphold Osmose standards while representing the company professionally in diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Prior leadership, crew lead, or foreman experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with minimum three years of driving experience.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to motivate, train, and work effectively with field crews.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate and maintain company vehicles and tools.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Willingness to travel locally, statewide, or regionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments following safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily work assignments for timely completion.
• Train, coach, and mentor crew members on safe practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and industry requirements.
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe condition.
