Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a minimum of three years driving experience.
• Previous leadership, crew lead, or foreman experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel locally, statewide, or regionally as business needs require.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs and occasionally 100 lbs.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments following safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure projects are completed efficiently.
• Train, coach, and mentor crew in safe work practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and industry requirements.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe condition.
• Complete required documentation, reports, and project updates accurately.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and safety performance.
• Communicate professionally with customers, utility reps, and landowners.
• Support a positive team environment focused on safety, quality, and accountability.
