Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is seeking a Utility Pole Assessment Foreman to lead daily field operations, supervise a crew, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity on pole assessment projects.

The Foreman will provide direction, support employee development, and maintain productivity while representing Osmose professionally with customers and utility representatives. This is a full-time, outdoor role with travel across regions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a minimum of three years of driving experience.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to motivate, train, and work effectively with field crews.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to represent the company professionally.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Willingness to travel locally, statewide, or regionally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments following safety procedures and standards.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure timely project completion.
• Train, coach, and mentor crew members in safe work practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and industry requirements.
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe condition.
• Complete required documentation, reports, and updates accurately.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and safety performance.
• Communicate professionally with customers and stakeholders.
• Support a positive, safety-focused team environment.
