Qualifications

• Must demonstrate leadership experience or prior crew supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel locally, statewide, or regionally as needed.
• Physically able to perform demanding field work and lift up to 50–100 lbs.
