Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is seeking a Utility Pole Assessment Foreman to lead daily field operations, supervise a crew, and ensure safety and quality on all pole assessment projects.

You will drive performance, mentor team members, and maintain strong customer and utility partner relations while upholding company standards. The role offers hands-on training, full-time year-round employment with overtime opportunities, and travel across regions to support project needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with a minimum 3 years driving experience.
• Willingness to travel locally, statewide, or regionally.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments while following company standards and safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure projects are completed efficiently.
• Train, coach, and mentor crew members in safe work practices and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry requirements.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe working conditions.
• Complete required documentation, reports, and project updates accurately and timely.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and safety performance.
• Communicate professionally with customers, utility representatives, landowners, and community members.
• Support a positive team environment focused on safety, quality, and accountability.
