Job summary

Station Casinos seeks a Polaris Bar Bartender for Green Valley Ranch Resort (GVR) on a part-time basis. You will prepare and serve drinks, handle transactions, and ensure the bar is well-stocked in line with health department standards.

The role requires 21+ with cash handling experience and the ability to obtain required work cards and Gaming Registration. Knowledge of beverages and garnishes is essential for consistent service.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ and able to communicate effectively.
• Must obtain all required work cards and Gaming Registration.
• Knowledge of wines, spirits, beverages, cordials and after dinner drinks.
• Cash handling experience.
• Understanding of classes of alcohol, glasses, brand names, drink recipes and garnishments.
• Understanding of soda, juice and liquor garnishments.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves drinks to Guests and beverage servers in compliance with Company standards.
• Processes transactions using the POS system and manages cash variances.
• Keeps the bar fully stocked with proper inventory and alignment with shrink controls.

Description:

Prepares and serves drinks to Guests and beverage servers in compliance with all Company and health department standards and policies. Is responsible for processing transactions using the Company's P.O.S. system and is responsible for any cash variances. Maintain the bar is fully stocked, with no product overages of shortages.

Qualifications:

Minimum age requirement is 21. Must be able to communicate effectively. Must be able to obtain all required work cards and Gaming Registration. Knowledge of wines, spirits, Beverage, Cordials and after dinner drinks. Must have cash handling experience. Must possess understanding of classes of alcohol, glasses, brand names, drink recipes, garnishments, and an understanding of soda, juice and liquor guns.
