Xanterra Travel Collection invites you to join The Polar Express experience aboard the Grand Canyon Railway in Williams, AZ. As Conductor, you will guide guests in a magical journey to the North Pole, stay in character from clock-in to clock-out, and perform nightly skits with the cast.

This seasonal role runs Oct 15, 2026 through Jan 3, 2027. Schedule 2–5 days/week, with weekends and some weekdays. Wage is $19.00 per hour plus tips, plus perks like free train tickets and employee shuttle.

Qualifications

• Must have experience speaking to and engaging guests in a live setting.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain character on stage.
• Comfortable performing in front of crowds and complying with safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Portray the Conductor character while greeting passengers and guiding scenes.
• Punch tickets, lead skits, and interact with guests in a friendly, engaging manner.
• Prep train cars and assist with safety and crowd management.
• Follow scripts, cues, and wardrobe guidelines while in uniform.
• Maintain environmental and safety standards during performances.
• Collaborate with cast and crew to ensure a seamless experience.
