Job summary

Commerce Casino seeks a qualified candidate to provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced casino environment. You will start and manage games, communicate with Supervisors, ensure games are staffed, and adhere to BSA/AML policies and procedures.

The role requires knowledge of Commerce poker rules, strong ethics, and the ability to resolve conflicts while working closely with team members to deliver a positive guest experience. High school diploma and 1+ year casino experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of casino gaming operations experience.
• Ability to walk/stand 8 hours, lift 10 pounds, work with minimal supervision, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service to internal and external guests.
• Start new games as prescribed by policy.
• Maintain communication with Casino Supervisors when starting/breaking games.
• Ensure games are adequately supplied with customers.
• Follow company and departmental policy and procedure.
• Know Commerce poker rules and poker etiquette.
• Make decisions in gaming disputes.
• Handle guest complaints and discrepancies quickly and courteously.
• Comply with BSA/AML policies and procedures.
• Notify supervisors of suspicious activity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
