Job summary

Bally's Lincoln Casino Resort in Lincoln, RI is seeking a dealer to build customer relationships and ensure a memorable gaming experience. You will exchange chips for cash, calculate odds, and conduct poker games in a professional manner.

We look for candidates who can handle regulatory compliance, protect gaming equipment, and represent the brand with a positive public image while delivering excellent customer service. Prior dealing experience preferred; training provided.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and arithmetic; good color vision; dexterity; stamina and vision.
• Must be able to speak and understand English (preferred).
• Demonstrated knowledge of poker and ability to complete dealer auditions (preferred).

Target Salary Range: $7.50 per hour

Qualifications

• Ability to demonstrate knowledge and prior training in the game of Poker. (preferred)
• Ability to successfully complete dealer auditions in the games for which dealer has received training. (preferred)
• Enthusiastic customer services skills. (preferred)
• Must be able to speak and understand English. (preferred)
• Strong mathematical skills. (preferred)
• Properly trained and licensed. (preferred)
• One year or more of dealing experience. (preferred)
