Curalta Foot + Ankle, LLC is seeking a Full Time Practice Administrator for our Florham Park, NJ office. The role oversees front desk operations, patient intake, and administrative duties to create a welcoming patient experience, while supporting clinical staff.

The Practice Administrator will lead scheduling, insurance verification, and patient billing processes, ensuring smooth office operations and a positive patient journey at every touchpoint.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED equivalent required.
• 4+ years' experience in medical reception preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment, prioritizing patient care with professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain a welcoming front desk.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients visiting the office and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Register new patients into the EMR accurately and verify insurance eligibility.
• Collect copays and balances, and explain charges with courtesy.
• Maintain HIPAA and OSHA compliance to ensure patient safety and privacy.
• Coordinate scheduling and support front desk operations to ensure smooth daily workflow.
