Qualifications

• Podiatry or Orthopedic clinic experience preferred.
• X-ray experience is a plus.
• Experience with EMR systems, preferably Athena EMR.
• Must communicate clearly with excellent grammar and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic and professional patient interactions essential.
• Demonstrated reliable work history and teamwork.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for evaluations in exam rooms.
• Review and document medical history and current concerns.
• Ensure accurate charting for physicians.
• Assist podiatric physician with exams, including taking and developing x-rays.
• Stock exam rooms and manage exam room cleanliness and waste.
• Sterilize exam and x-ray rooms after patients and daily.
• Satisfy required MIPS quality measures.
