Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of experience preferred.
• Medical Assistant Certification is preferred.
• Epic experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examination by taking vitals and recording medical history in Epic.
• Escort patients to and from exam rooms and answer office calls.
• Schedule surgeries and coordinate with centers; prepare charts and forms.
• Assist physician with procedures and give injections as directed.
• Perform nail debridements, dressing changes, and routine castings as needed.
• Maintain clean exam rooms and stock supplies; ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance.
• Document patient information and manage medical office communications.
