Job summary

Balance Health is seeking a qualified podiatrist to join our San Rafael team in California. This full-time role reports to the Chief Medical Officer and involves routine podiatric care, diagnoses, and patient education with documentation in EMR systems.

The candidate will diagnose and treat foot/ankle conditions, manage wound care, and coordinate with specialists. A CA license, DPM, residency, and 3+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active California podiatry license and DPM degree.
• Completion of an accredited podiatric residency.
• Minimum three years of professional podiatry experience.
• Proficiency with EMR and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Examine legs and feet, diagnose diseases and care needs.
• Treat bone, muscle and joint disorders of feet/ankles.
• Perform wound care and diagnostic workups.
• Prescribe medications, therapies or surgery as appropriate.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
