MAPMG provides salary-based compensation with full benefits and no RVU pressure, supporting comprehensive patient care across Maryland, Virginia, and DC. The practice supports a collegial environment with 20 podiatric surgeons, high-volume clinics, predictable schedules, and affiliated hospital networks.

Qualifications

• DPM required (board eligibility or certification preferred).
• Experience or training in foot surgery and reconstructive rearfoot/ankle surgery is expected.
• Wound care and diabetic limb salvage experience is desirable.

What You Can Expect:

• Join a collegial team of 20 Podiatric Surgeons in a physician-led and driven practice

• Manage challenging and rewarding cases with direct access to primary care and specialist support, while practicing in a setting free from prior authorization barriers and RVU pressures
• High volume clinic schedules
• Predictable clinic, OR, call schedules
• Rotating call schedule with your peers (cadence varies depending on location)

Minimum Requirements:

• DPM
• Board Certified or Eligible in Foot Surgery & Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery
• Prior experience, residency and/or fellowship training in Foot Surgery & Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery with experience in trauma, reconstruction, arthroscopy in adult, pediatric ages.
• Prior experience and/or interest in wound care and diabetic limb salvage are highly desirable.
• Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia

The starting salary for this position will be $265,000 which considers an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
