Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide DPM services in a clinic setting; hospital staff membership expected.
• Assess patients with lower extremity issues; review history; perform exam; order imaging/labs; develop plan of care.
• Provide comprehensive podiatric care including foot/ankle disorders, wounds, and surgical management when appropriate.
• Educate patients and families on foot care, wellness, medication usage and adherence.
• Maintain patient records per state regulations and company policy.
• Participate in continuing education as required by the state Board of Podiatric Medicine.
• Prescribe medications as permitted by the state Board of Podiatric Medicine.
• Perform other duties as needed.
