Upperline Health is seeking a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) to provide foot and ankle care in the clinic setting. You will join a supportive team committed to compassionate, comprehensive podiatric care for patients with complex needs.

This role requires active DPM licensure, CPR certification, and DEA registration eligibility. You will collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and care navigation teams to deliver value-based care to patients.

Qualifications

• Degree of Doctor of Podiatric Medicine with appropriate certification and licensure.
• DPM license active or ability to obtain within timeframe.
• DEA registration or eligibility required.
• CPR certification expected per state Board requirements.
• Excellent oral and written communication with patients and team members.

Responsabilités

• Assess lower extremity complaints, review medical history, and develop a plan of care.
• Perform exams, order imaging or labs, and implement the clinical plan.
• Provide comprehensive foot and ankle care including at-risk foot care and trauma management.
• Educate patients and families on foot care, wellness, and medication usage.
• Maintain accurate patient records per state regulations and company standards.
• Participate in continuing education as required by the state Board of Podiatric Medicine.
• Prescribe medications as permitted by the state Board of Podiatric Medicine.
• Other related duties as deemed necessary.
