Lowenstein Sandler LLP is seeking a Marketing Assistant to provide entry-level administrative and production support across Marketing, Marketing Technology and Events teams. The role focuses on scheduling, workflow support, content tracking, file organization and routine marketing production.

Under the Manager of Marketing & Digital Media, you will update calendars, collect materials, and assist with posting content to the website, emails and social media.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism or a related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant marketing or communications experience; professional services experience is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication and proofreading skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, respond to changing priorities and work effectively under deadlines.
• Experience with social media, email marketing, website content management and basic graphic production.

Responsibilities

• Update department calendars and trackers; collect and organize materials and approvals; schedule meetings and track project deadlines.
• Prepare templated marketing collateral and assist with uploading and scheduling website, email, social media, newsletters and multimedia content.
• Proofread materials for typographical errors, formatting issues and missing information; archive final files.
• Support templated advertisements and routine digital graphics using brand standards.

Education
