Job summary

iHeartMedia is hiring a Manager of Podcast Partner Relations in New York. You will manage day-to-day partner relationships, drive onboarding and ongoing operations, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet contractual obligations.

You will analyze performance trends, share insights with partners, and help grow audiences and revenue. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in media, strong communication, and familiarity with Airtable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years in media, advertising, partner relations, or business development.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience with Airtable or similar project management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned podcast partners, delivering top-tier support from onboarding through launch and ongoing operations.
• Maintain regular touchpoints to share performance trends, revenue pacing, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill contractual obligations and keep deliverables on schedule.
• Ensure accuracy across core systems by updating records, tracking milestones, and troubleshooting discrepancies.
• Act as a subject-matter expert on podcast product offerings and identify strategic opportunities.
• Monitor pacing with Sales and Ad Ops, anticipate risks, and propose options with recommended paths.
• Prepare and present concise performance updates for partners and leadership.
• Coordinate partner participation in iHeart tentpoles and related events.
