Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Podcast Media Manager to own our podcast presence across 100+ shows, from strategy to execution. You will secure prime placements, craft partnerships beyond standard reads, and work with influencer, growth, brand, and enterprise teams to align podcast plans with company goals.

You will lead end-to-end planning, network buys, scripts and reads, measurement, and pacing, building programs that scale with Anthropic's mission to develop safe and beneficial AI.

Qualifications

Deep experience in podcast media buying at a tech or consumer company with a substantial budget.
Experience managing podcast programs in-house, not only via an agency.
Ability to lead both agency partnerships and in-house podcast programs and optimize outcomes.
Ability to push media agencies to secure strong rates, placements, and ideas.
Ability to identify up-and-coming shows with a clear rationale.
Creative ideas beyond standard ad reads, including bonus episodes and live events.

Responsibilities

Own podcast strategy for Anthropic, setting where we show up.
Lead podcast strategy flights for major campaigns end to end.
Manage network buys across major audio publishers.
Develop year-long buys with top shows and media outlets.
Build partnership packages that go beyond ad reads to include various formats.
Partner with creative and copy teams on scripts and reads.
