Overwatch Mission Critical is seeking a relentless Podcast Producer to own guest acquisition, editorial strategy, operations, and audience growth across two flagship podcasts.

This role requires driving the end-to-end guest journey, coordinating with video production, editing, and social media teams, and delivering measurable growth while shaping strategic conversations for leaders in data centers, AI, and national security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running podcasts or digital media programs.
• Proven track record growing audiences and securing high-profile guests.
• Strong editorial instincts and executive communication.
• Ability to manage two shows with coordinating teams.

Responsibilities

• Guest Acquisition & Relationships: identify, pursue, and secure influential guests and maintain a guest pipeline across both shows.
• Show Strategy & Operations: own editorial calendars, pipelines, scheduling, and publishing timelines for both shows.
• Audience Growth & Distribution: grow audiences across YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Performance & Accountability: set measurable growth goals and provide regular updates.
