Responsabilidades

• Reviews, sorts, and verifies POD reports daily from customers.
• Verifies customer purchases and payments; resolves discrepancies.
• Reviews and verifies customer payments received.
• Issues POD credit memos.
• Collaborates with Accounting, Customers, Sales, and Management on questions and approvals.
• Daily invoicing and credit processing for Chattanooga distribution.
• Invoicing—prepare and mail invoices; verify order status and calculations.
• Credits—process internal and external credits for deductions/complaints.
