Job summary

Rensa Filtration is seeking a Production Team Lead for the Pocket Department in Aurora, IL. You will coordinate daily workflows, assign labor, and support a team of about 12 workers to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.

You will provide hands-on leadership, ensure availability of materials and instructions, and help resolve issues quickly. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or assembly environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, diagrams, or schematics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Pocket-area workflow, labor assignments, and movement of work to support the production schedule.
• Provide direct daily guidance and support to ~12 team members, answer process questions, and remove barriers to production.
• Verify employees have materials, tools, equipment, and instructions before and during production.
• Maintain knowledge of Pocket products, processes, equipment, and material requirements.
• Monitor production results, identify misses, and escalate issues to the Production Supervisor.
