Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in production/manufacturing/assembly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, diagrams or schematics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Pocket-area workflow and labor assignments to support the production schedule.
• Provide direct daily guidance to about 12 team members and remove routine barriers to production.
• Verify materials, tools, equipment, and instructions before and during production.
• Maintain knowledge of Pocket products, processes, and quality checks.
• Monitor production results, identify misses, and take corrective action with supervision.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and housekeeping targets are met.
• Backflush finished goods and complete ERP transactions accurately.
