Job summary

Home Helpers Home Care is seeking compassionate aides for in-home care across local neighborhoods. You will assist with daily activities, mobility, meal prep, and companionship, while documenting care and communicating client changes.

Active CNA/PCA certification is preferred; driver’s license and reliable transport required. Daily pay option may apply; training and advancement opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or PCA certification preferred.
• Willingness to pursue PCA certification if not current.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Clean background check and drug screening.

As an ACT, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of care across multiple clients and locations. Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting with personal hygiene and grooming

• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Documenting care activities and reporting any changes in client condition
• Responding quickly to client needs in various homes across assigned areas

What We're Looking For:

• Age 18 or older
• Active CNA or PCA license (preferred) OR Willing to become PCA.
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
• Current auto insurance
• Clean background check
• Willingness to travel to client homes as needed
