Job summary

Home Helpers Home Care is seeking an Area Care Tech (ACT) to provide compassionate, flexible in-home care across multiple clients and locations. You will assist with daily activities, mobility, and provide companionship, while maintaining high standards of safety and quality care.

Ideal candidates are experienced caregivers or CNAs who thrive in fast-paced environments, with a willingness to travel to client homes as needed.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Active CNA or PCA license preferred or willing to become PCA.
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation.
• Current auto insurance.
• Clean background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to travel to client homes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal hygiene and grooming.
• Supporting safe mobility and transfers.
• Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Offering companionship and emotional support.
• Documenting care activities and reporting changes in client condition.
• Responding quickly to client needs in various homes across assigned areas.
