The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Medical Technology, 3-5 years of lab experience, 1-2 years of supervisory experience, and Florida licensure or supervisor credentials.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or related science.
• 3-5 years of clinical laboratory experience required.
• 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience required.
• Florida Medical Technologist license or supervisor license required.
• ASCP or equivalent certification required.
• Must be skilled in testing across multiple patient age groups.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical and administrative supervision over testing across Blood Bank, Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Serology, Coagulation, Urinalysis or Microbiology.
• Assist the Laboratory Manager in daily operations and staff supervision.
